Ever listen to that catchy tune by Faith Hill that opens every NBC broadcast and go, “Hey, haven’t I heard that before?”  Yes, the network’s been using it for a little while, but the tune actually goes all the way back to 1988.  Although the lyrics have been changed for TV audiences, the Sunday Night Football theme is sung to a countrified version of an old Joan Jett number, “I Hate Myself for Loving You.”
