Sure, Greece’s economy may be in the toilet, but at least they can still drink wine—if they can afford it. On the other hand, it would appear that Germany is running out of beer in the weeks leading up to Oktoberfest. Actually, check that. They’re running out of beer bottles, and some brewers are asking them to be returned so they can be refilled. A couple breweries have even announced a shortage of 30-litre kegs, which certainly doesn’t bode well for the October proceedings…
Hell, I’d gladly give ‘em my empties if they’d come across the pond to collect them!
