Although I am a frequent viewer of The Daily Show, I usually turn off the TV before Stephen Colbert comes on. It’s not that I don’t get his shtick, but I often find that Stewart usually gets the best jokes while he has to make do with the leftovers. But that’s not to say he hasn’t had his share of shenanigans, the latest being his inclusion on this year’s Maxim Hot 100—at number 69, no less.
Y’see Maxim, unless People magazine, isn’t an equal opportunity ranker. Its Hot 100 is supposed to represent the hottest women alive, and then aren’t any other men on the list. That said, it seems the mag allowed write-in votes this year, which also explains the inclusion of cartoon character Lois Griffin.
Of course, this ranking, like any other survey, is non-scientific. Coming in just ahead of Colbert was barely-legal country singer Miley Cirus. Alas, a threesome with entrants 68 and 69 would be against the law in about 40 of the 50 states…
On the plus side, at least this is one online survey that Chuck Norris didn’t win.
